Certifications, patents and what they mean for a buyer

Machine conformity

Our vertical and horizontal polishing machines were type-examined against Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC by UDEM International Certification Centre. The examinations covered EN ISO 12100 for mechanical safety and EN 60204-1 for electrical equipment. The vertical certificate (reports DTT230706S005 and DTT230706S006) covers the LX80B, CJS480A, CJS320, CJG480A, CJG320, BJ160B, BLG400 and BLG200 platforms; the horizontal certificate (reports DTT230706S003 and DTT230706S004) covers the HG70A, WFX50B, LLG40, LLQ120, YH-680D, ZL150, ZL300, ZL450, YG350, YG450, HBPG-01, HBPG-02 and GSLX-120 platforms.

For a buyer, those two standards answer two different questions. EN ISO 12100 is the risk-assessment standard: it is the evidence that hazards were identified and designed out or guarded before the machine reached the floor. EN 60204-1 is the electrical standard: it covers the control system, emergency stop, isolation and protective bonding, which is what an electrical inspector on site will look for when the machine is installed. Together they are the documents a European buyer normally asks for before accepting delivery.

Documents on file

Two certificate numbers cover the range. Each has a 2017 issue and a later re-issue; the dates below are the ones printed on each document. The vertical and horizontal certificates cover different platform ranges, and each certificate prints the models it applies to — we have not transcribed those lists here, because the line is small in the scan and naming a machine on the wrong certificate is worse than leaving it to the document.

Quality management

The group’s quality management system was certified to GB/T 19001-2016 / ISO 9001:2015 by Zhongjian Certification Co., Ltd. (中鉴认证有限责任公司), certificate no. 00726Q01571R001, with the scope covering the design, development and production of grinders. The certificate is current: its term of validity runs from 2026-06-03 to 2029-06-02 inclusive. The scope printed on it is the production and sales of polishing machines.

Patents, grouped by the problem they solve

The group holds twenty-four granted Chinese IP rights: 1 invention patent, 17 utility models and 6 design patents. A patent number on its own tells a buyer nothing about why it matters, so they are grouped here by the procurement concern each one answers. Every row gives the patent number, the filing and grant dates and the certificate, which is what a legal or technical check needs. The inventors named on the certificates are Lin Jianping and Lin Jianfeng.

Barrel body, media flow and discharge

A buyer running high volume needs the barrel to discharge cleanly and the media to circulate — a short cycle and an even finish both depend on it.

Fixtures and workpiece holding

A workpiece that moves inside the media cannot be finished evenly, and a long load time is paid for on every piece of the batch.

Drum drive, oscillation and machine architecture

The oscillation angle sets the relative velocity of media and workpiece, and so sets the cutting force the part actually sees.

Eyewear and spectacle-frame machining

A metal frame must not carry tool marks, and the rigidity of the guard and the fixture is what decides the yield.

Dry grinding has no cushion of media, so the angle and the speed decide whether the part is cut or damaged.

How to verify a document

Every certificate on this page carries its own number and issue date, and those can be checked with the issuing body. Documents for our current product range are available on request — tell us the machine model and the standard you need to see.

For machinery certificates, the issuing body is UDEM International Certification Centre; quote the certificate number and the machine platform. For patents, the certificate number and patent number are printed on the scan and can be looked up in the Chinese national patent register. For the quality certificate, the issuing body is Zhongjian Certification.

What we can send without a request: the current product datasheet for the model you are considering, the media and compound recommendation for your part and finish, and a process trial proposal. Written confirmation of document status is answered per request, because the answer depends on which document and which model you are asking about.

Two things we will not do on this page. We will not print a certificate as if it were current when its stated period has passed, and we will not describe a machine as certified without naming the directive, the standard and the issuing body. A scan carries a date the reader can see; a sentence claiming currency would be a claim we would have to defend.
