Today, we want to introduce the wet Surface Grinding Machine for plastic products. In fact, these machines suitable for all injection materials. Such as polycarbonate, nylon, rubber, carbon fiber... As we know, all the injection products should have injection spots or mold line. Here we take polycarbonate sunglasses frame as example: In the traditional process, the injection spots need to be deal with by buffing machine first, which need buffing machines and skillful workers. In our process, we can use the auto deburring Machine to deal with the spots first. Then, we will put all the products to another wet automatic grinding machine. It just need 2 steps (totally 2-2.5 hrs) to finish the whole process. For different process, also need different polishing abrasives.
