Liquid polishing compound mass to volume density calculator
Calculate liquid contents volume (l) from referenced actual liquid net mass (kg) and referenced density (kg/l). Keep packaging labels separate from recipe approval.
This calculation estimates liquid contents volume from the supplied mass and density. It does not estimate container external volume, shipping gross mass, freeboard or usable machine charge. Nominal 20 kg and 50 kg package labels do not prove actual delivered net mass.
Calculate the referenced quantity basis
Enter positive decimal values with at most three decimal places. General software ceiling: 1000000 per numeric field; the percentage tools accept up to 100%. These are input limits, not supplier operating ranges. Reference field: at most 240 visible characters. No numerical recipe is prefilled.
Confirm the denominator and product basis
Enter density for the actual as-supplied liquid at the stated reference condition. A water density assumption, particle density or a different dilution is not a substitute. Keep the density data sheet or measurement reference and its condition with the record.
Record whether the instruction describes the as-supplied product or an active ingredient. This page treats the supplied factor as a product quantity; it does not correct for stock strength, purity or assay. Keep the exact product identity and batch reference with the export.
Liquid volume (L) = actual liquid product mass (kg) / density (kg/L). Read the original publisher quantity reference for general definitions. It is not a Jintaijin product instruction.
Published packaging context
| Current manufacturer page title | Nominal mass label | Container label |
|---|---|---|
| Abrasive solution 50kg/drum | 50 kg | drum |
| Stainless steel polishing Cleaning fluid 50kg/drum | 50 kg | drum |
| Polishing Fluid For Metal 20kg/barrel | 20 kg | barrel |
Titles and canonical URLs checked 4 October 2026. These separate product labels are not substitutes for one another. They do not establish actual delivered net mass, volume, density, working concentration or a current SDS.
Keep the calculation with its evidence
JSON exports the current amount, factor, reference, declared basis and source records. Complete product/lot identity and any temperature or measurement condition separately. A nonempty reference is an audit field, not proof that an instruction was verified.
The calculation is quantity bookkeeping for a reviewed supplier instruction. It supplies no mixing order, preparation procedure, suitability claim or recipe approval. Use the actual product documentation for those decisions.
Quantity review questions
What quantity basis does this density tool use?
Enter density for the actual as-supplied liquid at the stated reference condition. A water density assumption, particle density or a different dilution is not a substitute. Keep the density data sheet or measurement reference and its condition with the record.
What formula is used?
Liquid volume (L) = actual liquid product mass (kg) / density (kg/L). The factor and reference condition must come from your actual instruction or product record. Displayed six-decimal arithmetic does not establish measurement accuracy.
Does the calculation supply a compound concentration or density?
No. Inputs start blank. Package titles provide nominal purchase context only. The tool requires your reference and supplied values and does not verify or recommend them.
Does the JSON output approve preparation or use?
No. It records the current inputs, unit basis, quantities and sources. Active assay, chemical compatibility, mixing method and operating settings remain outside the calculation.
