Polishing compound whole-package order and surplus planner
Use published 20 kg and 50 kg polishing-compound package labels to plan whole-package orders from your required amount and usable stock. Export the arithmetic and source.
Prepare an order quantity for one previously selected product. Combine an exact published package label with your requirement and independently verified usable stock. Keep product identity, current quote and technical documentation together. This result does not select a compound, set a mixing ratio or establish chemical suitability.
Plan a whole-package order
Use kilograms, at most two decimal places. The 1000000 kg input ceiling is a tool limit, not a supplier order limit. Confirm the current package label before ordering.
Published labels, kept as separate products
Checked 3 October 2026 against each product H1: six labels say 20kg/barrel; five say 50kg/drum or barrel. These are nominal arithmetic references, not current prices, delivered-stock certificates or formulation records.

Order-gap arithmetic
Gap = max(0, required kg - usable stock kg). Packages = ceiling(gap / nominal package kg). Ordered kg = packages × nominal package kg. Surplus = usable stock kg + ordered kg - required kg.
Illustrative arithmetic, not customer inventory: 41 kg required and 5 kg usable stock with a 20 kg label leaves a 36 kg gap. Two whole packages represent 40 kg nominally, leaving 4 kg nominal surplus. With 41 kg required and 45 kg usable stock, no order is calculated and surplus is 4 kg.
Do not substitute products to reduce this rounding remainder. Ask the supplier about exact identity, current package mass and partial-package availability separately.
Confirm order evidence
Record product code, quote revision, supplied package label, stock lot and usable-stock approval. Request the current SDS and technical sheet for the exact product. Transport classification, shelf life, storage, composition, concentration, dose and process settings need their own valid documentation.
These sources lack sufficient formulation evidence for compatibility or dilution recommendations. No conversion to litres is offered.
Questions buyers ask
Does the tool recommend a chemical for my parts?
No. Choose an already approved product. Similar product names and the same package mass do not establish chemical equivalence.
Is the result a shipping-weight estimate?
No. It uses nominal mass wording in the published title. Container, pallet, packaging and verified supplied net weight are not included.
How is usable stock handled?
Enter stock independently confirmed as usable for this product and task. Expiry, contamination, concentration and quality status are not evaluated.
What happens when stock covers the requirement?
The calculated order is zero whole packages. Remaining stock is nominal surplus; no recommendation to mix, dispose of or reuse chemicals is made.
