Mass Finishing Machine Floor Footprint Comparator — Jintaijin
Compare the published body dimensions of up to three magnetic finishers, spin dryers, wood-barrel machines, vibratory tubs or an LX60B centrifugal barrel machine. Calculate each rectangular footprint and a proposed envelope using your own four planning allowances. The data covers 16 family-qualified models; equipment with unresolved dimension axes or identities is excluded.
Calculate body area and proposed planning envelope
Allowances are blank. Enter every value explicitly, including 0 if you propose no allowance. Ends A/B extend the length; sides A/B extend the width. These terms do not assign the operator position or service-panel direction.

How to interpret the comparison
Body area is length × width divided by 1,000,000. For dryer Model 35 (Heavy-Duty), 650 × 800 mm gives 0.5200 m². The L1300 tub body is 2700 × 1300 mm, giving 3.5100 m². A smaller body rectangle does not establish comparable process performance or usable part capacity.
The area difference and percentage use your first selected model as the reference. Proposed envelope area includes only the four entered allowances. The sum of separate rectangles is not a packing solution and does not establish the actual room area needed.
Before ordering, request the supplied-build installation drawing, guarding and lid travel, service-panel access, drainage and utilities, material handling space, and the packaged delivery dimensions. Floor support and handling requirements depend on the supplied equipment and site. Catalogue body dimensions do not approve any of these items.
Questions about the footprint calculation
Can I use body dimensions to check a doorway?
Obtain the actual shipping envelope and permitted transport orientation. The catalogue body rectangle does not include a verified crate, pallet, lifting gear or route turns.
Why is the same model number shown in separate families?
Magnetic-finisher OBD-35 and dryer Model 35 have different records and dimensions. Family-qualified identifiers prevent those labels from being merged.
Are the allowances required manufacturer clearances?
No. They are user-entered planning distances. Confirm operational and maintenance clearances from the supplied-build drawing.

Primary product tables rechecked on 3 October 2026. The calculator preserves explicit LWH order and millimetres. OBD-360D, CF50/LL50 and SP-TB4/SP-TB8 are outside this calculation because their axes, identity or dimensions remain unresolved.
